About

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, I say that if you do it right, a word can be worth a thousand pictures.

I’ve played with words all my life, writing since I was big enough to hold a pencil (My mom’s still got the proof), and I’ve learned that the right copy can be very effective–often making or breaking a sales campaign, compromising the message of a website or a flyer. The message must be clear and concise, entertaining and informative; but most important of all, it must be compelling and persuasive. I know this from experience; I have worked as a freelance writer and web content provider for a host of clients, including Al Designs, The Daily Texan and The Onion. I currently write for Austinist.com, where I continue to hone my craft and keep my skills sharp.

Words are tools. Some say I have a way with them. Take the opportunity to see for yourself.
